EST count
This tool allows to select the genes that are expressed in a given tissue or at given development stage and evaluate their expression specificity.
* Select a species. * Select if you want to sort the EST libraries according to the development stage (Dev. stage) or the tissue (Tissue) they originate from. * Select the type of libraries you are interested in. * At the bottom of the page, select the expression level or the expression specificity of the genes. Corresponding ESTs: > EST count > Gene expression level* between: /million and /million Specificity between: % and % Order by EST Expression level Specificity *Gene expression level= (ESTs from a same gene / ESTs in the library) x 1000.000
