Phenotype search.
This tool allows to select the genes responsible for a given phenotype.
* Select a species * Enter the name of a phenotypic feature in "Phenotype term". Options are provided after you entered 4 characters. * Select a term among the options provided. Identifiers starting with "HP:" correspond to human features. Identifiers starting with "MP:" correspond to mouse features. Identifiers starting with "ZFA:" correspond to zebrafish features. * Alternatively, you can enter a Phenotype identifier in "Phenotype ID". Hint: When used in filtration mode, you can leave all the fields blank to list the Phenotype categories associated to the genes of your list.
Note: * You can enter several terms or IDs by separating your entries with a space.
